This is one I threw together one night, and OH MY GOD... it was TO DIE FOR!!! Best-Ever Steak Marinade Makes 1-1/4 cups 2 heaping TB garlic, finely chopped 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves 1 tablespoon italian seasoning 3 tablespoons (packed) light brown sugar * 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup olive oil 1 TB freshly grated ginger (* you can use fresh pineapple juice instead of brown sugar) Mix well together until the brown sugar is dissolved... add your steak tips, or any cut to this marinade... Let marinate over night in the fridge... The aroma will leave you drooling, its homemade, its healthy and its from items that are usually commonly bought... |
