I challenge myself to get my butt to the gym EVERY DAY for the next 30days!! It would be great to lose 15-20lbs, however I'll be happy with 10lbs. Lets see how i do. :)

So, its day one. I of course went to the gym and had a great work out.

My sister and I want to start hiking. It would be a great way to get outdoors and get a workout!!! Just need to find some trails! :)

Just got back from the gym. 20min on elliptical machine= 243cal and 1.23miles. :) yah!!

I also did weight training on legs back and, arms. I'm focusing mostly on arms and upper back since the bridesmaid dress is open arms and open mid back.

Oh, and tomorrow I'm hiking in Griffith Park. Its a 3hr trail... i think i can survive. I just hope i don't lost, i tend to do that.

:) thanks for the reminder Princes..

Ok.. 2hrs of hiking is exhausting. It was about 90 out today.. but I still did it! It was so much fun. We didn't complete the whole trail (to the Hollywood sign) however, we did see it. haha. We're going back Sunday to see how much more we can do.

:bouncy: That sounds like fun. I remember seeing the Hollywood sign on Beverly Hills 90210 years ago. Maybe one day I'll see it in person. :D

He he.. Ya, we wanted to take some pics while up there. However... theres too much smog. :( You see the Hollywood sign just fine.. but the city itself didn't look too great. If you're ever out here.. let me know. I'll let you in on all the little fun secrets around here.

:) hey NicC. yup... LA is extremely smoggy. I remember in school we didn't have have "snow days" (of course), but we did have the occasional "smog days". This was when the air was too polluted to be outdoors. I think I'll be hiking again this weekend. I'll be sure to take some pictures for you ladies. Any requests? he he.
