Hello Bhargavi :wave: and welcome to F4LF! :D I am looking forward to getting to know you and learning more about your vegetarian lifestyle!

Some common protein rich foods:

* Milk
* Soy Milk
* Eggs
* Cheese
* Yogurt
* Peanut Butter
* Lean Meats, Fish, and Poultry
* Beans, Tofu, Lentils, and other Legumes
* Grains, including bread and pasta
* Nuts and Seeds

*Chicken, turkey, fish, lean beef, pork, lamb, milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs

*Nuts, peanut butter, lentils, bens, tofu

I just copied these... of course, you would not eat the meat, but maybe some of the others you would like! :clap:

Hi Bhargavi! Nice to meet you. I look forward to hear more veggie ideas from you! Have you tried using TVP (textured vegetable protein) in meals? I sometimes use it instead of ground meat in stuff like pasta sauce or chili.
1.5 lbs a week will get me to my goal weight by Jan 1 next year!!!
