~Fall Challenge~

Cherri - Follow exercise plan to train for the triathlon (allowed one flex day per 2 week schedule) Also, drink 1.5 litres of water daily.

Joyful - I want to walk more.

Nic - I need to eat my fruit and veggies!!!

P2O - Workout for 30mins. 3X a week.

Shy - My fall challenge is to decrease the number of foods (see my food diary) which are "Not in the four food groups."

Suzzy - My challenge is to get to the gym every day.

Teach - I need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week.


Sarah - Keep a food journal.

Ummm, I'm nowhere close to being ready... LOL, my hubby is picking me up some fresh veggies and fruit as I type though! :bouncy: Today is Labor day... cookout, drink a few, etc... so my food won't be that great, but I'm gonna try real hard to force myself to get on that treadmill! LOL

Gulp my bad turtle went backward to 215 but the Fall Challenge is here so it will be moving forward now!!!

Day one fruit/veggies - peach, about 2 servings of baby carrots, 2 juice based popsicles (blueberry/pomegranate - 60 cal ea), watermelon (2 servings), with supper will be having mushrooms and broccoli
Total calories: 1852

I am starting my challenge tomorrow, but today I have been getting ready mentally. My walking shoes & my hiking pole, pedometer, etc. all laid out. Gonna walk as long as I can before I have to make a weekly shopping trip to town. I am excited to get started!

Yeah we are doing great - it's really fun to see everyones updates.

Today: banana, frozen vegs (assorted), fruit cocktail (canned in juice), peach, onions, a bit of lettuce
