Nic brought it to my attention that she liked the 'I'm a FALL CHALLENGE participant!' line I have in my signature and thought that maybe others would like to have it as well. You girls are doing really great. Sorry I have not been around much latly. I am so embarrassed. 4 days of the challenge are gone and I have still yet to make my goal. Its been crazy around here, but I know that if I would just get up in the morning that I would go. So tommorrow I am really trying to get up. Wish me Luck. But I really feel horrible about missing the first 4 days.

Looks like everyones on a great start!! ... Even with a few slow starts, we can all meet this challenge!!!Good luck!! As for myself, i've been keeping active every day. (not making the gym everyday). I've been redoing my room, painting, putting up shelves, making drapes, and so on. So, I keep moving all day. And both at work and school i run around all day too. Hi Shy Well, I can suggest this... you can remove the extra code which makes your tickers clickable. I say this because, when you click on it, it only goes to our ticker site (not a personal account or anything) and we have the url here on our forum, so there really is no need for it. However, you may want to keep your tickers clickable... I don't know of any other way, unless you 'doubled up' the letters in color. |

If you can believe it, i removed the extra code to make the tickers clickable, and it was STILL too long! I did something with my wedding ticker but i'm not sure if i busted it now lol, i just realized i may have, so i probably have to fix it. hm. |

Is it too late to join? I've had a really bad few weeks (personal stuff, not dieting) but it's starting to be behind me. As for the dieting, I could use some accountability. I really need to work on better control of my diet (food journal) more than anything else. Exercise is tempting as a project but I know what I REALLY need to do is the food journal. How long is the challenge supposed to last? |

Sarah - join on in! The Fall challenge is our plan to get us to the holiday season! I think a food diary sounds like a fantastic idea. F&V lettuce, 2 apples, peach not sure if I had a number 5 today but it's been busy. I would say calorie neutral - I didn't overeat and resisted some stuff but I didn't do fab either... |

Getting back on track tomorrow. Today is day seven of the challenge and all I did this week was 1 20min walk. Now I do have to say that with the challenge I have kept the idea in my head longer that normal. What I mean is normally I think I need to get up early tomorrow and walk and then I don't think about it for another week or two. But really how good has thinking about it everyday vs twice a month really helped me. So tomorrow I will be trying again. I just need to make it a habit, but if I don't get up, I have worked it out so I can still fit in walking even after my children have woken up. But I will get up. I'm posting the link to a video that I watched early today that made me really see that I need to do this. It's qusetion number 4 if you don't want to listen to the whole video, just move your cursor to the fouth dot at the bottom of the video and click. Well I'm off to do "Spring Cleaning" in the fall.
