2 Servings

1 very ripe, medium banana, peeled
3/4 cup pineapple juice

Break banana into small pieces and put in the blender with pineapple juice, yogurt, and strawberries. Secure lid and blend until smooth.
Divide shake between two glasses and serve immediately.

For thicker shake I use less pineapple juice and frozen fruit. For the banana's I peel them, wrap then is plastic wrap and freeze, that way I always have bananas on hand.
