Am hoping someone remembers this..

i thought i posted it somewhere but i can't find it...also been looking online and can't find it..

it was some sort of pie, where you took a package of jello powder, dissolved it in water, and blended with cottage cheese to make a pie...i don't think there were many other ingredients (for instance, there was no cool whip or crust).

I am going crazy looking for it, so if anyone could help i'd appreciate it!

Thanks.

I found it! :D

http://www.calorie-count.com/forums/post/page/3/25570.html

That is a thread with many variations if anyone wants to read through it

Low calorie "cheesecake"

Ingredients:

1/2 cup boiling water
1 package jello (i use regular jello as i don't like artificial sweetener)
2 cups cottage cheese

1.Mix the jello into the boiling water until completely dissolved (this is important as you don't want the grainy texture).

2. Add the dissolved jello and cottage cheese to a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a pie plate (9 inch)...or any variation you like (individual cups etc) and let set in the fridge a few hours.

Enjoy! Tastes quite nice and <100 cal per serving. As you can use any flavor of jello you can make a different dessert each time.
