Onions, Broccoli, Olives, Baby Carrots & Fully LOADED Veggie Salads Favorite Exercise? Dancing, Stretches, Walking & Playing w/ my Furry Babies Healthy Lifestyle Goal? To be as healthy as I can be w/ having MS and to weigh between 140-144 pounds!	There are multitudes of them. Of course the most popular are myspace and facebook, I have had accounts at both, but I do not like either one of them... I've tried out tons of others as well. So for many months I have been searching for one that I want to be an active member of. I finally found one! It is a Christian social networking site, owned by tobyMac (he is one of my all time favorite (Christian) music artists)... and I even feel comfortable enough with it that I allowed my daughter to get her own very first account online too! Step aerobics, spin class, muscle sculpt, walking Healthy Lifestyle Goal? Currently, to continue to improve my eating habits, and lose the 10lbs i gained back recently!	I'm afraid i just use facebook...mainly because the majority of my friends are on there, and i love this one application called (fluff)friends....i probably spend way too much time doing that lol..you have a virtual pet and you can decorate a habitat for it , feed it, pet it (and others of course)...it seems silly but quite addictive!

	1.5 lbs a week will get me to my goal weight by Jan 1 next year!!!
