To make your favorite baked good low in Fat & CHO

Cookies, cakes, brownies... you can make these alot healthier without compromising taste and flavor...

When your recipe calls for butter/oil, consider using Unsweetened Applesauce. If it calls for 1 C of butter, use 1 C of Unsweetened Applesauce.

For recipes using alot of eggs: Consider using egg whites instead.

If you have bananas on the brink of going bad.. add them to your cake recipes... helps to bulk them up, makes them moist and of course, delicious!

I like to bake from scratch best, but I have used a store bought brownie mix & used a can of pumpkin instead of the eggs & oil & added peanut butter on top. Kind of unusual taste but a bit healthier.
