Monday Jan. 5

I have decided to post my daily food intake. It will be all about choices. I know some will be good & some not so healthy. It is a process & by so doing, I think I will make more healthy choices. I did keep a food diary once (on paper) for about 6 months & I lost weight & got healthier. Hopefully this will be even better, since I know the whole world could be watching. :D

3- 8 0z. cups water (going for 8 daily)

2 whole grain waffles
1 Tblsp. peanut butter
1 bananna

2 sm. clemintines

well, off to a good start

I know....no calorie...like a good red flag? :D

The brand is Walden Farms...there are quite a few varieties...in my grocery store (Walmart) they are located with all the other salad dressings. The kind I have is Creamy Bacon...first one I have tried.
Nutrition .....Calorie Free; sugar free; fat free; carbohydrate free; gluten free; & colesterol free.
Everything on the nutrition label is 0; except sodium..160 mg. ...serving size 2 Tblsp. Some may not like the fact that one of the ingredients is sucralose.

My main reason for buying ....I wanted something low cal to mix with my tuna like mayo. I have tried the ff mayos but abhor the taste. Yet to find one I like. :joker: I have seen the Walden Farms mayo advertized in mags, but that is not on the shelf yet.

This taste OK to me, although there is some taste I cannot describe. I am going to try some of the other varieties as well.

Iris- Yes the whole bottle has calories in it but not enough calories in 2 tbls. to document. I heard about this in a few other foods. Like "I can't believe its not butter" spray. No calories, no fat. This lady used a whole bottle a day and ask why she wasn't losing weight, come to find out the whole bottle has 500 caloreis in it. (I forget how much fat) That's alot of butter

Joyful-You are doing great. It looks like you eat pretty healthy :bouncy:

When I eat tuna, I always put tomato, onion, and jalapenos in it-So good!
