Peanut Butter Cookies No Flour

1 C. Peanut Butter
1 C. Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork in cross pattern. Bake at 325 degrees for 15
minutes. Makes 12 to 15 cookies.

This is my sons favorite cookie to bake since he was about 5 years
old. And he is 27 this year!

OK, this actually sounds like something I could DO!! Simple enough where I won't mess it up  I think, I just might have to bake these soon! OR have my brother come do it for me :p (beings he has all that experience and all!)

My Goal... NO to TOXINS: chemicals, artificial colors & flavors, preservatives, additives, man made (lab created) 'foods', GMO's, pesticides, added hormones, antibiotics, etc... and YES to ORGANIC: whole, fresh & pure natural living!
