Friday 25th:

No exercise. Was busy most of the day and I also didn't want to have a shower (exercise=definate shower)today so that I would keep my new hair colour longer...I don't know whether it makes a difference not washing it the day after but it's worth a try! It's supposed to be a permanent but they all seem to wash out!

Wow that's a lot of exercise, purps! Do you mean 6.8km or 68km?! I read 10 minutes, 68 km, 51 cals, and was thinking... if Purrrple can run 68 km in 10 mins then there's no hope for me  I imagine you'd burn way more than 51 cals! lol
