You're doing amazing, Purps!

I just had a silly question :P: are "concentrated sit-ups" just sit-ups done slowly and with more focus?

Thank you!

Yep, that's definately what they are Saph ;) I feel the burn!

I put my feet underneath the bed and my hands folded on my chest and I put a cushion under my tailbone otherwise I scrape it and that's not very nice...then I push upwards slowly and back down slowly.

I love it when I'm pushing upwards and I poke my tummy with my finger...nice and hard tummy under there :P

well I finally did some more exercise today...

sounds like squats, as when we do squats in classes you are always trying to do the movement you would to sit down in a chair...

you are doing great purrple :danceparty:
