LOL Jaxx, I thought it was about time the tables turned and I could talk about the heat instead of the cold...I love that I have got the motivation to get outside and exercise now instead of forcing myself to do stuff inside. Just the nice weather gets me motivated!!!

walk outside..2.6k

cycling..14.8k..40mins

10min run on TM...1.47k
10x sit ups/crunches
10x push ups/press ups
10x lunges

Way to go partner! It was 80 here today but the temp varies so much during this time of year. for instance tomorrow its suppoesed to be a high of 68. The water doesn't get a chance to get warm enough to go to the pool or anything. I can just tell that people are making the transitions to the tanning beds as the ones at the gym have been taken everytime i've walked by to go to the bathrooms. It really wont get cold (60's) and stay that way until late december early january,

Monday 17th Dec:

I wasn't going to exercise today but I decided at 9.30pm tonight that I would go for my 2km run... I have been doing this every so often with my 13yr old (she was in bed tonight) I ran 4km without stopping in 23mins and loved it!!!

Tuesday 18th:

walk 2.6km

Wednesday 19th:

walked around for 3hrs Christmas shopping with my girls. They were buying xmas pressies. Shops were crowded...I'm tired!

Thursday 20th:

3k worth of walking

10km run!!! First time I've ever run 10km!!! :wooohooo:

2km bike ride (had to double check my running course, and it's 2 k, I ran it 5 times! yeehaaaa!!!)

running at 12km/hr nearly killed me!!! even though it was only for 2x 2min intervals! LOL
