Drat! Well, maybe the extra pound is a good thing because it'll help keep you focused during Thanksgiving

:danceparty: 142.4 :danceparty:

Weighing in today (Wednesday) instead of Friday... not going to accept the day after Thanksgiving as true weight! Next weigh in will be next Friday!

My Goal... NO to TOXINS: chemicals, artificial colors & flavors, preservatives, additives, man made (lab created) 'foods', GMO's, pesticides, added hormones, antibiotics, etc... and YES to ORGANIC: whole, fresh & pure natural living!

:) that is not so bad...just a slight upward swing...probably just normal day to day fluctuations..meaning you are maintaining!

:thanx: Shy!! Yes, maintaining seems to be my thing right now... I know it is a positive thing, I truly do, but OH how I would love to be closer to my idea of my ideal weight! LOL Seems like even when I do 'everything right'... water, calories, even some exercise, I'm still maintaining, it is such hard work.

Well, today is slightly higher on the scale, but not enough to change my whole pound ticker: 143.4

This past week has been an odd one... had to go to 'work' to make some extra money, so Tue, Wed & Thur I was off track with hardly no water and I had to eat what was offered to me... so today's Friday weigh in shows me quite a few pounds higher, but I know they will drop off now that I am back to plan. 146.4

Thanks Shy, yeah, it IS hard... the food was very fancy with tons of fresh fruits and veggies, but I think pretty high in sodium in other areas... but as they say, "be thankful for what you get" and I was! LOL Thanks for the cheer!

Yes, it's MUCH harder when we don't have 100% control over our food -- even then it's not easy, but without it, it's much worse!
