Starting Weigh: 254lbs. I'm setting my goals in terms of fitness goals instead of pounds lost for now, because I become to focus on the number. I know this needs to be a life style change, so I'm focusing on fitness and I know the pounds will follow. |

that's a great idea...getting too worried about reaching a certain weight by a certain time can be discouraging..the scale is not the only way to measure success (as i often say!)

You can do it Princess!!! It's great to focus on little steps at a time. It takes longer but you'll know when it's time to take the next step.

Setting your goals based on fitness is a fantastic idea as it shifts the emphasis away from the scale a little and focuses it more on performance rather than simply losing weight through healthy eating. You will be able to measure your progress as your fitness improves. Good luck

I'm so excited to finally be back on track. Check back in a week when it feels like I've been at this for a year. I'm only kidding I wont let myself get impatiet. Another reason why I always fail well it took time to gain and it will take time to lose.

Thanks Girls & Guy!
No loss this week. Not surprising, there was a death in the family and I have not been home for a week, skiped alot of meals and the ones that I did eat were crap. I think that its going to take a week or to for my body to get back to normal. |
