Starting Weigh: 254lbs.

I'm setting my goals in terms of fitness goals instead of pounds lost for now, because I become to focus on the number. I know this needs to be a life style change, so I'm focusing on fitness and I know the pounds will follow.

that's a great idea...getting too worried about reaching a certain weight by a certain time can be discouraging..the scale is not the only way to measure success (as i often say!) :cheer:

Setting your goals based on fitness is a fantastic idea as it shifts the emphasis away from the scale a little and focuses it more on performance rather than simply losing weight through healthy eating. You will be able to measure your progress as your fitness improves. Good luck :huggs:

Thanks everyone!!! ;) I'm so excited to finally be back on track. Check back in a week when it feels like I've been at this for a year. I'm only kidding I wont let myself get impatiet. Another reason why I always fail well it took time to gain and it will take time to lose.

Thanks Girls & Guy! ;)

No loss this week.

Not surprising, there was a death in the family and I have not been home for a week, skiped alot of meals and the ones that I did eat were crap. I think that its going to take a week or to for my body to get back to normal.
