LOL yep knee deep in wedding planning + organizing all my stuff for the move. Lots of stuff to throw away, recycle (loads of class notes!) and give away! Plus packing the things i'm taking.

So this morning i weighed 233.0 lbs. So basically the same as before, or the lower end of before based on what i wrote last time.

Once i've moved i can get back into going to the gym...i just don't have time right now :(

Just try to eat clean girl, the time will come when you can catch your breath and then go to the gym to lose it again!

Thank you Terri and Teach!

I am focusing on eating as well as i can, making healthy choices, and drinking lots of water. I find i am drinking alot of water lately since it is so hot outside. And i am certainly doing lots of moving around, just not at the gym lol. Actually, i think i will likely have time to go back to the gym sooner than i think. I just want everything as organized as i can get it before school starts sept 3.

How are you doing, Shy? Have you worked out an exercise schedule for the new school term?

BACK TO WEIGH INS!

Now, weigh ins is one area where i think it is good to keep track of the numbers, at least on a weekly basis!!! :)

Sarah- no i have not, i kind of wanted to take the past week to get used to being back in classes (it is different, so many different ways of doing things than it was last time!) and used to waking up early, lol. But- i am going to start going to the gym this friday again, and i am excited :) Mind you, it will be busy as it is september but i'll still go :)

So weigh in....

234.8

i agree!

i can't believe how tight my clothes feel right now, even when my weight didn't go up that much. I think even a few pounds lighter will make a huge difference.

Shy, I have had the same thing happen. Even only 5 lbs and my clothes start to feel tight and uncomfortable. I never would have thought that such a small amount of weight would make that much difference.

I'm also all for the small goals. I feel that I do better when I can attain goals in the short term rather than just focusing on the larger goal which, for me is just too big to contemplate at this time.

Awww, Shy that is sweet that you thought of me. :)

You know I am a huge fan of the small goals. I have actually made myself a list of rewards to give myself after every 5 lbs I lose and it is really fun to get to all those little goals and I always have something to look forward to.

Oh totally! To be completely honest my first small goal is for my jeans to no longer be so tight! They are killing me right now and they used to loosen up so much when i'd wear them...not these days lol

Hi Shy -
It's not the first time I've gone missing but you are usually so consistent... Is everything okay?

I am learning (again) that denial is not the answer.

hugs,
Sarah
