Today I did HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING So I started out with a 5 min warm-up Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec) Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec) Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec) Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec) Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec) Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Then sprinted for as long as I could (20 sec) Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Went at a High but not all I have pace for 1 min Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Went at a High but not all I have pace for 1 min Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Went at a High but not all I have pace for 1 min Went at a moderate pace for 1 min Went at a High but not all I have pace for 1 min Then did a cool down for 5 min |

Today I did Moderate Cardio for 60 minutes with breaks. My husband took me to dance classes It was a total surprise! My mom watched the baby (he set the entire thing up). I was horrible but I loved it. He bought us a months worth of classes so this will be my Sunday now! I love it when he randomly does sweet things! |

Thanks Teach! Went to visit my parents this week (Sunday-Wednesday) so I didn't really do my exercises or eat great. So I probably won't really loose any weight this week but I figure it is ok I will make up for it. Tomorrow I am going to do my cardio and get back to my calorie counting! I am going to get back to my dance classes this Sunday too! |
