Ok, I thought I would try doing a weekly weigh in so that I can monitor my progress.

05/26/2007 175 lbs, waist 39in, Bust 42in, hips 42in, R bicep 12in, R thigh 24in

ok I will start weighing in on wednesdays too! This morning the scale said 173/174 it was waivering there so I will go with the higher number.

I got a set of scales from a company called Tanita - they also measure body fat % - I'm not altogether sure how accurate they are but it is a useful guide. Its a boost when you see that you havent lost or only lost a bit but see your body fat% dropped.

Hey good consistent loss is fantastic. Yeah digital scales are great, they are so much more accurate. You can always tell when the battery is going flat when you lose 35lbs in one week. LOL.
