Hello all! Long time no see! Yes I am still alive. Just been working on getting back to the world of the living since my moms death and all my health problems have sky rocketed. Seeing a naturpathic doctor now and also doing Rapid Eye Therapy for the emotional trauma's Ive had in my life. Just began doing Energy healing as well. Between it all I better start losing some dang weight. I have hit a weight loss halt for the past year now but I know that it is due to all the health issues so I am hopeful that with all the treatment I am now getting that I can begin losing again. My weight is now at 168. I believe I was at 175 the last visit and my top weight ever was 220. I did the Alcat food intolerance testing and found out that I am intolerant to basically every food except meat, veggies, rice and potatoes so that is what my diet now consists of. I have been staying away from all gluten sugar and dairy for over a year now but still was not losing. I have to believe that I am finally healing though and I will again lose. With Gods help I can do this. I tried to put my ticker on my signature but the system is not letting me so I'll try again later. I will not be around here much but will try to check in every once in a while. Maybe I can become consitent with my weekly weigh in. I was staying away from the scale for awhile due to all the health issues though that were causing me to bloat and gain. It was just too depressing. but now Im getting more help with them so I will begin to weigh in again.

take care hope you are all well!

great to see you here again! :)

i think you have done so well to maintain your weight during the past year with all you have been through! :)

i got your email and just now realized i didn't reply (oops...)...i am so pleased that you got some answers from seeing the naturopath, and i hope that your food intolerances are now a thing of the past! that is quite a restrictive diet you are on now but if it helps it will be worth it i think.

and feel free to stop by whenever you have a chance, we will be here waiting for you !
