1 hour bodystep class!!! :cheer: :woohoo: YIPEEE!!!

I love my classes so much. i am definitly in the honeymoon phase :lol:

My step class was TOUGH today. Same routine, but I really had to push through. I could tell that body attack really hit some muscles yesterday as some of the moves i normal struggle with i couldn't even complete all the way through and easy moves were labored.

1 hour bodystep class!!!

I was going to stay for bodyflow but there is a football game on and some friends wanted me to go out and watch it. It's not on regular television so i couldn't watch it when i got home. i was going to stand them up, or go late, but then i realized that i didn't have a yoga mat like everyone else (the gym has some but they weren't the same thing). I decided to leave, so I went to my car and I have a message saying that everyone had cancelled, but it was already too late to go back into the class :( :grrrrrr:

:angry: <-----he just cracks me up!

Anyways, next time I'm just gonna use a mat becasue it's important i get in some flexibility stuff.

hmmm...

What kind of mats does your gym have? Actually i think if i was into yoga i'd get my own mat. When i was doing pilates regularly, i'd take one of the thicker mats (if you know what i mean) and then put the yoga mat (which is thin and stays in place better) on top. The yoga mat on the floor is too hard to lay on. But those yoga mats at the gym sure stunk something fierce :lol:

Gosh i can't wait for tomorrow! I so look forward to Mondays. Yes it is my day off and all but I just love it becasue it means I can get to the gym the next 4 days.

Tomorrow I am meeting C and we're diong bodypump and then bodystep! i can't wait. Then since tuesday is my new day off i think i'm gonna do Pilates in the morning followed by bodyjam which is a high intensity dance like class.
