HEALTHY TIP:
Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

Ground Cumin ( 1 tsp)
Garlic ( 1 clove, crushed )
Chili flakes ( good pinch )
Lamb fillet ( 300g trimmed of fat)

Make a rub for the lamb with the cumin, garlic and ginger and rub it well into the lamb

Cook Cauliflower in simmering water until it is tender, drain and crush roughly with a knob of butter ( go on :) ) season well.

Fry the lamb in a little oil, brown it well on all sides until it feels firm to touch - take off heat and rest for 5 mins. Slice it and serve it on a mound of the cauliflower - pour over any pan juices over the dinners ( I'm a very bad boy )
