HEALTHY TIP:
Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

Remember that old TV commercial... "Hey! You got your chocolate in my peanut butter, NO you got your peanut butter in my chocolate!"

Trust me... you want your peanut butter in your chocolate!! :D This is so delectable and pretty healthy too!

1 cup of 2% milk (120 cals) or your preferred choice

1 tbsp of creamy peanut butter (90 cals)

2 tbsp chocolate syrup (100 cals) or whatever you like to use

Blend it all up and enjoy the frothy treat!

The way I prepare it, it is only 310 calories but the better part is... it tastes just like the yummy candy!!

*Also there is this recipe:

1 ½ cups low fat chocolate milk (or skim milk with a big squirt of chocolate syrup)
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
½ cup fat free or low fat chocolate frozen yogurt

Combine in a blender, blend until smooth, serve and enjoy
