HEALTHY TIP:
Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

ok this is very vain but my new motivation is getting looked at by guys! before kids I was always very thin and was constantly getting gawked at and whistled at while walking down the street. It used to annoy me but I actually was hurt by the lack of attention when I gained. Well now I am actually begining to get second looks again! I hope this isn't shallow but it makes me feel soooooo good. I find myself walking by store windows and starting to see the real "me" again! YAY!
God said it. I believe it. That settles it.

That's great triscuitwafer. I don't think it is shallow. I think that motivation has to come from many different sources in order for things to stick and you just found another source. Great Job!!

I agree, I do not think it is shallow when there is more to you. As long as we keep things (like the looks of appreciation from the opposite sex) in perspective and do not put all of our focus on it alone. :) P/S: It feels good, I know exactly how you feel girl! :D

that's so great kat! :huggs: I know exactly what you mean, knowing others appreciate what you look like makes you feel great!

I bet they still looked at you even at your heaviest :huggs:

To me this is a sign that you are self confident and that you are showing it to the world..that is something that definately attracts others to us, so congrats!

I'm so glad you have found yourself again! Sometimes it is when we see ourselves in a glance that we really notice the differences... B)

Def, there is nothing shallow about that whatsoever. It is always nice to get some attention and be complimented...lap it up I say! ;)
