Monday - Week 2 Day -1 :cheer:

Breakfast-black coffee.

Lunch 2 slices oat and grain bread.. 2 slices lean white turkey breast.

(a little bit of mayo)

Snack-Balance nutrition bar

Dinner- All wheat speggetti noodles. White chicken breast, 4 cheese pasta sause...

OMG. i just realized.. ive been drinking SUGARY SUGGY SUGGY Lemonaide drinks... (cheap, like a dollar in the frozon secon)

Eh, i guess its back to water!

Tuesday - Week 2, Day 2 :cheer:

Breakfast. Black coffee & nutrition Bar

Lunch: 2 pieces of Oat and Grain bread, 2 pieces of all white turkey breast.

Dinner: sweat & Sour terieakia =) under half the meal...
not the best... but its a good treat.

Thanks purple...
When i dont eat breakfast, i get hungry at 11, and my lunch isnt untill NOON...
its sooo distressing...
so i started eating breakfast hopeing i could make it till noon...
BUT NO.
im still hungry between 1130-1200.
Any suggestions?

Ideally it's good to eat every 2.5-3hrs to keep your metabolism in good order. So a good thing would be to have a good breakfast (oats are great) and then have a snack in between breakfast and lunch (that's where the nutrition bar would come in great or some fresh fruit. Then a snack in between lunch and dinner. If possible, try to eat 5-6 small meals a day.

If you are exercising then keep the calories at a good amount and only have a small deficit, let the exercise burn the fat. Remember the more muscle you have the more fat is burned. You need to eat a good amount of calories to build muscle, not eating enough or eating the wrong kinds of food will not build muscle it will eat the muscle because it will have nothing to help the muscle grow. (does that make sense?)

So a good diet and exercise is the way to slim down to a lean, fat fighting machine

Weights are great to help build muscle and burn calories.

I'm not sure how much of this you already know or do but hope it helps :huggs:

Well i went again with out eating breakfast (Slaps hand) :blush:

Breakfast-Black Coffee


Lunch - 2 slices oat and grain bread, 2 slices white turkey meat, a little
mayo...tomattos and red unions to spice it up...


Snack (at purrples suggestion) Cliff protien bar...


Dinner- Salad with white chicken breast, lettuce, tomatto and red unions.
Parmisain Garlic Ceasar dressing & Veggitable Soup...

... i just... cant... do it....
im Halfway through a protein bar.. and ugh... i hate eating this early....
(edit: i finished the bar at work)

lunch... Salad with all white chicken breast, tamatoos unions, lettuce and a little dressing if i feel the need... once those have been sitting in the fridge overnight they usually taste so good we dont need dressing!!!

update at lunch!

Well i got hungry early 1030-1130 so i ate my salad early... no dressing...
which is kinda good because it gave me time to go to officedepot and pick up some stuff....

Dinner? OMG. I dont even want to tell you...
Im going to my parents...and they are sooo having chili dogs...
mmm....delish....but so devilish.... B)


EDIT: Adding Work out Note: 30 MINS, ELEPTICAL,230 Calories... now i feel a little less bad about my chili dog fiasco!!!!

great job on the breakfast!!!

its funny --the reason i could never stomach breakfast was that i hated the thought of toast in the morning.. :lol:

it will continue to get easier and soon you won't be able to function without eating breakfast :congratulations:

so yesterday (sunday) was a complete disaster!!!

heres what i ate...
Breakfast
Oatmeal...
Lunch
mcdonalds chicken mcnugget mighty kids meal
Midday snack
a slice of pizza
dinner
2 corndogs...
tator tots

im pretty much having a pitty party since i didnt lose sunday...and because tom is just around the corner....lerking....

And today (Monday) i did just as bad...
breakfast...
ICED AMERICANO...oops.
Lunch-
2 corn dogs...
Dinner (Not too bad)
Salsberry steaks, corn, mashed patatos and brocolli....

oh, and im having dessert....
Coffee fudge brownie ice cream!!!!!!!

AND IM NOT WORKING OUT!!!

OMG!

Lunch..
2 Slices of Grain and Oat bread...

2 slices of chicken bolonie

1 tbsp Mayo
90 cals

710 Cals
27 FAT
78 Carbs


Dinner....
2 Soft Tacos, w/ ground beef, cheese, tamatos & sour cream
Mexican rice & Refried beans...

really, it was bar food, and it was the only thing that looked some what healthy...

but i did not drink i had iced tea!!!
and sang kaerioke!!!!

Powerbar 160 cals
Coffee

2 pieces oat and grain bread
2 pieces chicken bolognia
1 tspb bread

1/2 erin's breakfast cookie (hey, its all natural and says to eat it before going to the gym)

dinner....

1/2 chineese sweet and sour chicken....

Dessert.... food poisioning and staying up all night in the bathroom....

eh...
gross...

Maybe my body was like, oh no, u are not eating that junk! ill show you!!!!

eh... i feel just gross this morning... and sore from my work out... :sick: :cry: :angry: :grrrrrr: :arghhh:
