Impossible pie

IMPOSSIBLE PIE (REGULAR):

4 eggs
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup cocconut
2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend all in blender. Pour into 10" greased pie dish. Bake 350F for one hour.

IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE:

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
2 Tbsp Margarine
2 eggs
16 oz pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
13 oz evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease pie plate. Blend all ingredients one minute in blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55min.

I make a coconut one for hubby a lot. I can take it or leave it. But when I saw a pumpkin one I had to have it! :wooohooo:

My Goal... NO to TOXINS: chemicals, artificial colors & flavors, preservatives, additives, man made (lab created) 'foods', GMO's, pesticides, added hormones, antibiotics, etc... and YES to ORGANIC: whole, fresh & pure natural living!
