I was ok since it was spread through the day. Nov 17 oatmeal 280 coffee 45 coffee 45 1 slice marble cake, 1 bite of shortbread 150 (one of the mom's at the playgroup bought the cake and coffee for me so I couldn't really turn it down :lol:) leftover casserole 150 ketchup 40 parmesan 60 3 lollipops (the circle ones) 150 ? 2 snak paks 200 rice 300 Ground beef (x-tra lean) 140 cabbage 75 (or less) onion 19 carrots 15 cereal 180 Total 1849 |
