Well my hurting body has recovered mostly now so I am going to go for a run tomorrow..am looking into another event soon so will keep you posted :lol:

I think it is so true that challenging exercise ad pushing ourselves to the limit physically only improves your performance. As a result of my 13 miler I find running even more comfortable now...did 7.5 miles today in 1 hour 14 minutes which is not a bad time really...and felt pretty good at the end of it. :happydance:
