I have no desire at the present time to restrict my food... I do not know why I feel the need to eat what I am, but I'm listening to my body and just going with it... so I have a hunch I will stay around this 'two pound gain' for a few days... Coffee Banana Cheerios in milk Tomato & Miracle Whip on wheat Vegetable Baked Crisp Snacks Cottage cheese V8 Chocolate ice cream with peanut butter on top Whole wheat Spaghetti Butter bread Milk EDIT: Tonight is the BLUES (St. Louis Hockey) first game of the season... :wooohooo: , so I'm having a couple of beers with my husband! EDIT: I only had one beer |

Hi Jaxx, I make my own. I get the organic fat free beans in a can from Schnucks, use fresh tortillas and add the fresh cut onions and salsa.
