HEALTHY TIP:
Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

I have no desire at the present time to restrict my food... I do not know why I feel the need to eat what I am, but I'm listening to my body and just going with it... so I have a hunch I will stay around this 'two pound gain' for a few days...

What brand of burritos are you getting? They sound wonderful, but some that i have tried in the past haven't been so good.

Hi Jaxx, I make my own. I get the organic fat free beans in a can from Schnucks, use fresh tortillas and add the fresh cut onions and salsa. :)
