*tsk, tsk, tsk* somebody had Chinese food today :blush: and not only that, but she chose one of the very worst things on the menu! When I got home after dinner, I looked up my meal... :pig: and found these two sites to share: Chinese Food: A Wok On The Wild Side and Unhealthy Chinese Food Choices ... what a terrible, terrible eye opener. Well, what's done is done, and I did enjoy it :blush:

Yes! I have been food journaling too for the last 3 weeks...in my own personal diary & posting daily on WW-on line to be accountable. So really no need or time to keep food dairy here....but, let me tell you ...so far I am eating healthy again & no binges & I have reduced my portion sizes as well. I feel I am on the right path right now. But, I hope you all will continue to post your food here as it really helps me to stay motivated.

June is definitely OUR month!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Cheerios in Milk, 1 Wheat Bread w/ Peanut Butter & Activia Yogurt

Met up with extended family at America's Incredible Pizza Co. and we had a blast! I had SALAD & PIZZA, a bit of SODA and a plate full of SWEETS... and played lots of games, like dance, dance revolution and a jump rope game, etc... lots of activity *whew* I thought my heart was gonna beat out of my chest... we raced the Go Carts and I WON! :lol: fun times... I am including a photo of me that was taken before going in. I am holding my new purse, which looks like an 80's Boom Box and has working speakers in it, my iPhone hooks up to it and I can listen to my tunes, I was jammin' to Limelight by Rush! I LOVE IT! :D

... We will be taking my Mother & Father in law out to dinner tonight at the Outback Steakhouse :bouncy:

*sigh* boy did I ever overdo it. I will never lose the last 5 pounds eating like I do a couple of times a week. I'm joining the summer challenge with you guys, I must step up my exercise. I had a margarita, salad, some of a blooming onion, steak & garlic potatoes... portions were huge.

ROFLOL Oh my :blush: I forgot I was to post a pic of my purse... but umm, that was 3 purses ago!! :lol: That one was a brown/tan houndstooth (the one I said I would post a pic of a while back) and then I had a black and white polka dot and now I have the boom box. :lol: I am so picky about my purses, and I keep the ones I love for reuse, and I have quite a little collection going now :blush:
