These are what my dd wanted to bring to her class tomorrow on her birthday: We call them Fiber Treats 1 cup butterscotch chips 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips Melt chips add, stir together and add 2 cups of all bran (or similar cereal) then stir some more drop on a cookie sheet and wait for them to harden. Other than the butterscotch chips these are actually quite healthy 2.3 g of fibre for a smallish cookie (about 22-23 treats/batch) - each cookie works out to about 90 cal. And you all know the health benefits of dark chocolate :wooohooo: I've never brought leftovers of these home from church functions

Hm not sure on the size - I always make them about the same size - I calculated the calories from the ingredients and divided by the number of cookies I made. Hope you enjoyed them...

Nic, these are so good! I use to make something similar (butterscotch and lo mein noodles) but I love that I can make these with cereal that I always keep on hand. I used Total cereal and they were great!
