HEALTHY TIP:
Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

My friend Lisha on the HWF posted this recipe for pancakes quite awhile ago..i went looking for it today and t hought i'd repost it on here for everyone B)

I haven't talked to her for awhile but i'm sure she wouldnt mind me sharing the recipe!

1 Banana ( we prefer Organic)
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

* Use what you want it's all according to your
taste buds.

Mash Banana and add remaining ingredients.

Spray pan with olive oil spray (or whatever you use)
and cook like a pancake. It may break apart and that's
ok it still tastes Yummy!

*It makes 2 small pancakes

I had figured out the nutritional content, it is:

Calories = 227 (i used a large banana so it depends on what size you have)

Fat = 8 grams
Carbs = 34 grams
Protein = 8 grams

That includes the canola oil i used (1/2 tsp) and the spices LOL

i find it very filling, and considering it is basically just an egg and a banana...that is a good thing!
