Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

A New Year a New Weight. Not surprising with the way that I have been eating over Christmas and New Years, my weight has gone up again!

BUT it's a New Year and a new day!

126.4lbs this morning. :P

Hiya Purrrple. Good luck with your goals. I know you'll make it because you are so faithful to your workouts and such.

How tall are you by the way?

Thank you Feather. I still have my problem areas like my legs that I'm working on. I used to have cankles but they are looking a tiny bit better since I have been exercising them. Others in the forum have nice shapely legs but have other problem spots so we can only but try and improve and stay healthy in the process ;)

Oh I know what you mean, Purrrple. We all have our zones that need something, don't we? I just meant your height was enviable! :)

By the way - how did you work on your "cankles"? I've never liked my legs and wouldn't mind knowing more about how you tackled yours.

Thank you Shy! :huggs:

Feather, my legs and ankles are ongoing...definately not how I want them yet...you might say a work in progress :D LOL

I am just continuing to walk/run/cycle and build muscle in my legs so that hopefully it will give them more definition. My calves are getting firmer (going from just flab) and I will continue on my journey ;)
