HEALTHY TIP:
Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

you just reminded me about the calorie-count site which i have neglected to use for awhile! I think that will be a good idea to figure out what i've been eating, even if i don't share it here  Thanks!

The tofu dessert sounds quite intriguing..

Hi Shy - it's actually PC not whatever brand it says (same flavour and calorie count though). It's not bad hides the tofu flavour quite well.

A little high (dh cooked today!) but

I did alot of housework (I was trying to fill bags for a clothing drive, we started with putting away laundry then I ended up sorting through big boxes in my basement - so far one full garbage bag, one box of paper recycling and I found alot of old pics...) - so I counted as sitting moderate for that - what do you think (dig dig fling sound moderate?)

I think sitting-moderate sounded reasonable for that...its alot more work than sitting and reading a book, or typing etc :D
