HEALTHY TIP:
Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

My resolution is to practice small talk. I am usually very quiet and have a hard time talking to people so being more open to chatting is my goal.

Cherri, that is an awesome goal and one I need to strive towards as well. Sometimes I don't start talking to people because I don't think that they would be interested in talking to me or care what I'm saying. I don't think I'm very interesting

That's exactly how I feel Purps. I usually just don't talk because I think nobody wants to hear what I have to say. It's hard to change that habit though so I think it will take quite a bit of work.

I am about making better (more thoughtful)choices. I have a tendency of doing things on a whim and wishing I hadn't later. Choosing the wrong meals.....shopping at the mall...Hopefully by 2009 I'll be thinner, richer, and wiser :goodidea:
