After reading other workout logs (Nic, Shy, Cherri) I really feel like I need to "make time" for this. I could fit it in if I would only get up in the mornings. My husband and I liks to stay up late, which is good because he dosen't get of work until midnight and my children sleep in until 9am atleast (there sleepers) so thats when I get up. I really need to just deal with getting a little less sleep and work throught this. So starting tommorrow...I will get up.

Here's my plan: Mon-Fri walk 30mins.

I know that I just need to start!!! :D

You can do it P2O! I often combine my exercise with things I want to do (like going shopping, walking to the library etc).
Hope you enjoyed your walk today!

 Never got up and then I didn't get around to it.

However, I did do 1+ hours working on my golf swing. I have a golf date with hubby tommorrow. I did this in my yard, so for over an hour it was bending, setting up and swinging, repeat. I'm sore now. :D But it felt so good.

Not even close!!! :D I do like golf, but the main reason I go is to spend time with my husband. I golf with him, he scrapbooks with me. It's a even trade! :bouncy:

Had an active weekend :D

Sat-5 hours of walking at the zoo at a good pace, we took our kids and they pretty much ran the whole time  I was so tried, I need to do that everyday.
Sun-raked leaves for 25 mins and walked the dog 10mins

I plan on doing weights and some yoga every night this week while catching up on the TV I've missed. I seen on the Biggest Loser that you can get a good core workout by holding yoga moves for a count of ten then work up to 1 min. I'm going to give it a try. :cheer:

Thanks Teach and Joyful.

Well I made an effort last night, so I'm proud! I did 4 different arm exercises, 10 reps, 2 sets each. (I lifted 10lbs. 80 times)
But I did eat to much candy however, exercising makes me want to eat better since I already did the hard work so I'm hoping by the end of this week to be making better choices

I'll bet your exercise will far outweigh your candy consumption, so I would not even go on that guilt trip... :bouncy:

3rd day in a row!!! (This is where I normally stop, not this time)

Here's what I did tonight. I was hoping for 2 sets of 16 reps, but I was sore when I started and I remembered that this was the third night in a row of my upper body so I settled of 1 set of 16 reps.

*CHEST*
Incline Press
Incline Chest Fly

*SHOULDERS*
Front Raise
Shoulder Press

*TRICEPS*
Overhead Extensions

*BACK*
Shrugs

*BICEPS*
Bi-curls
Hammer Curl

I found all these exercises with pictures HERE. :D

Edit: I did most of these exercises with 8.8lbs weights!!!
