HEALTHY TIP:
Diet soda may have no calories, but it contains artificial sweetener, which actually will make us hungrier
because when the body gets ready to digest the 'carbohydrates', it finds there are none. This leads to a desire to eat more.

Thanks Nic, you have maded my day better.

Sunday

Lunch- Take out- 1 piece general taos chicken, 2 pieces of broccoli, and 1/4 cup rice

cheeseburger from mcdonalds

1/3 slice pizza and 1 cheese stick

Not a good day, I had very little calories, skipped breakfast, and almost no veggies.

I have been eating so little because I have no desire to eat right now. Family issues...the last five days has been really hard. I think that all is well...so I will be trying hard the next few days to get back on track. :D

Thanks to Teach...I will be starting my food journal again tommorrow!!! :D

I know that I really need to do this...infact I know everything that I need to do, it's just applying it to real life that's hard! :eathealthy:

I am going to try really hard to keep with it this time...The weekends are hard as I almost never make it to the computer (family time) so I might start with just Mon-Fri, until I find a way to fit in all in. 8)

Well it's Monday again, time to start logging for the week. I have been bitten by the "Eat everything in sight" bug. This is where I usually get embarrassed and just stop posting. So here it goes...

Breakfast: 8oz. Chocolate milk

Lunch: Chinken, Mac and Cheese, Cauliflower, roll

Snack: 3 slices pineapple and ham pizza (thin crust) and a root beer

some sour gummy candy

some Smoked Almonds

Rice Crispy Treats

Shells and Chesse w/Broccoli

And it's only 7:30 so be looking for some edits.

I can't commit to keeping a daily food log but I'm going to post bits and pieces when I can.

I have done really good. No bingeing in 2 weeks. Friday I had some frosting with walnuts and some fudge today but I have also made really good choices for my meals and snacks so I'm feeling pretty good. :D

Well after eating 2 poptarts I went on to make a healthy dinner and was able to end the bad afternoon snacking before it turned into a binge session. I'm so happy.

For dinner I saute chicken and green peppers and topped it with avocado. Yummy!!!

Breakfast: SKIPPED

Lunch: 1/2 steak sandwich, salad

Dinner: Enchilada bake (recipe posted)

And the BAD stuff: 2 big cookies and Ice Cream.

I did so good last week (through TOM and all) and it's like this week I don't even care. I flip-flop back and forth every week or so. What's up with that?

I'm going to try an avoid sweets for 1 week. The less sweets I eat the better fruit taste and I really want to eat less sugar. I don't mind so much when it's planned because I all most always eat a small serving but tonight I just have eaten all the sugar I could find.

So until November 18th. NO SUGAR (Yeah we'll see)

Totally forgot that today was Mom's birthday when I made the No SUGAR pact. So yeah, I had a cookie, some (alot) of cake, pizza and 1 Coke. I feel sick right now. I didn't eat to much it was spead over several hours. It's just all the crap I ate has caught up to me. My ankles are a little swollen, I'll going to take a shower and going to bed:)

Remember P2O, life happens... birthdays and such are a celebration and should be enjoyed, just pick back up where you left off before the fun and you will be fine! :) We always talk about how we hate the yo'yoing of this lifestyle, but IMO, that is exactly how this lifestyle should be lived! With that train of thought, we can have a fun day (or if we stumble), and we already know we need to bounce right back up again! WOOOT :bouncy: Hope today is a great one for you!
