3 kms on the mill today. I had some problems with shin splints again. I had these problems before when I tried to speed up too fast. I guess I have to slow it down a tiny bit until my legs get more used to the exercise again.

I always stretch out my legs real good before getting on the mill too, that may help if you don't already Cherri! :huggs: You are doing wonderful, you seem so much happier and focused now than a couple of weeks ago! :yourock: GO YOU!!

Today I got back on the treadmill and walked 2 kms. Not as good as I was doing before I stopped using the mill but not all that bad either.

Ok, yet another start.

2 kms on the mill today.

I have been invited to a wedding in July and was trying on dresses a couple of days ago. It made me cry because I hated how I looked in all the dresses. All the weight I have gained back has gone straight to my belly and I look terrible in any dress. I know I can't do much in 2 months about this but I can try.

you can do this cherri!

yes, you will not lose all the weight on your belly in 2 months. However, exercising and eating well will definately give you a good start, you will begin to tone, your skin will look better and you will feel better... :)

You can always use one of those "body hugger" things (i forget the name at the moment lol)..they work quite well to smooth things out :)
