I hope to call this my Weekly Weigh-less instead of Weigh-IN

Ok... so I am totally cracking myself up tonight. Well, I weighed in on Wednesday Jan 2 and my weight was 285  which is my highest...but I am going to weigh in tomorrow and see how goes it. I checked a few days ago and was 275...so I changed my ticker to that. I am hoping for a little more change. I have really been bustin' my booty exercising regularly and staying on track food wise. So we'll see tomorrow.

Wish me a good calorie burning sleep...I hope I dream of running on the treadmill...maybe I can burn some calories that way :joker:

I'll check in tomorrow!

Thank you all!!! I hope in my sleep I do crunches...cuz I can stand to do them in real life!!! I attribute some of my workouts to getting a Wii for Christmas. I play doubles tennis on it almost every evening with my daughter and sometimes by myself when she goes to bed. It's kind of a nice warm up before I go work out on the treadmill or do a tape!!

Also I admit that I have been doing my treadmill workouts while watching the biggest loser and I imagine Jillian and Bob are yelling at me and encouraging me to be strong....but I also imagine Bob's doing it without a shirt on.....HeeHee B) NicC is concerned about my heart rate getting too high though

Thanks again everyone you are :fantastic:

Those game consoles are AWESOME! I've been begging my hubby to find me a dance mat and game for mine. We have eyetoy and man that is a workout! Actually it's a great idea for the hot weather, stuck inside on school hols with kids. Might have to crank up a competition with them next week. Thanks for the lightbulb moment - (I wouldn't have thought of it if I didn't read your post!) hahaha.

Hello fellow fitters'

The good news is my ticker keeps moving in the right direction...down a total of 25 pounds this am!!!

The bad news is that I have had Strep Throat all week

so that makes me feel like the last 8 pounds haven't been earned...does that make me  wacko@!?!?!(#* It's ok if it does....it's not the first time I have fallen into that category!

Ewww Strep! You poor thing. Take extra good care of yourself. Get your immune system back strong and you'll be on track again soon.

And of course those last 8 pounds count! I'd take 'em in a heartbeat so keep 'em. They're yours!

Congrats on being 25 down by the way!

As for being Wacko - well, you've come to my territory now ... hahaha. It's a nice place to be.

Have some chicken soup and lots of liquids. We want a healthy New Gurly!

oh dear, i hope you feel better soon!!! :huggs:

i agree, take care of yourself first and foremost. You may gain back a couple pounds when you feel better, you may not, but you have indeed lost those pounds! When i had my wisdom teeth extracted last june, i couldn't eat hardly anything for a month, and i got down to 216 pounds...but i gained 4 of those back fairly soon...however we are all different :)

Wackos are more fun then normalos....

Congrats on your 25lbs lost! :wooohooo:

Thanks bunches for the well wishes...unfortunately my husband must have been jealous so he came down with the flu!! Then, after getting him back to "normal"(I use this term loosely  ), my daughter started showing the symptoms too. She has been off school this whole week. But now she is thankfully on the mend!

I did get on the scale this week and I am holding my own....which I suppose is good since I haven't had much down time to workout. I am currently 260.5 but thought I would keep my ticker put as encouragement to change it when it goes down!

Thanks so much for stickin' with me! :rolling:
