Thanks so much Teach and Jaxx. I think we are all among the living again. But it is hard when everyone's sick and you're taking care of them. I feel like some days I didn't eat much and my calories really dropped because no one else was eating either. Then some days when I stayed home with my daughter and she was sleeping, I ate out of boredom. So I am very happy to be "breaking even". Hoping that I can get back to normal now and looking forward to everyone here feeling better. |

Well, I haven't changed anything in my ticker...cuz it hasn't changed any!!!
But I am hoping to push thru this wall and start to lose again. Biggest loser night is always good for me. I get on the treadmill and try to walk/jog the whole time it's on. I jog thru the commercials and let Bob and Jillian "speak" to me when I walk!!! Silly... I know! But I never said I wasn't silly!!

I think sometimes holding steady is good news. And I hear you about the workout - I try to schedule my TM workouts around "guilty" pleasure shows (like entertainment news etc) The other day I was exercising with Anderson Cooper coz he was hosting with Kelly Ripa (sure beat looking at Regis, lol) I watched BL tonight - those girls sure kicked butt!!! |

Thanks everyone. I hope to keep moving on the right track. Been so busy with work and my daughters after school activities. It leaves me so tired when I get home that I don't want to work out and when I get up in a.m. I keep hitting the snooze. I am hoping the weather here will start cooperating and I can get a good walk in on my lunch break. |

I am still here....too bad there's been no change. I think I have been doing a bad job at sticking to my general weight loss habits. It's like a day or two on and then a day or two lost....or should I say gained! I am back and forth teetering at 261-263 right now. So I have decided to really try getting back into healthy habit mode. I bought a Wii Fit and have been doing that every other day and thought I would try to get on the treadmill on the other days. I have stocked my fridge with healthy foods and outlawed chips and ice cream in the house...I am the Sheriff and that's the law!! |

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies. I love the Wii Fit. It is a nice alternative. I can hula hoop and then do step aerobics. I can do different balance games and also run in place or do yoga. My daughter who is 9 enjoys doing it too. I am hoping that it will help me to stay active daily...especially if the weather isn't cooperating. |

Welcome back, New Gurly. I started back not too long ago too, and I feel so much better TRYING... Sounds like fun that wii fit - I'd get one if I had even part of the setup necessary (we don't own a TV, let alone the wii console...) So I just get to envy those who have it - enjoy! |

I have finally moved that ticker. I weighed in this am at 258.5. I think my body liked the 260 mark tooooo much. I wasn't liking it at all. Glad to have a change of scenery

Thanks Ladies!! For some reason that number was just...(Sorry!) weighing me down!?!? I would get to it and then bounce back up a few pounds. Now that I made it under, I just feel this sense of leaving it behind! I am really excited about moving on and am hoping to use this sudden boost to my advantage. Me and the fam went to the market yesterday and spent most of our time in the produce dept. All the fresh fruits look so good and much better selection of veggies! I feel like I just woke up! I am going to ride this wave as long as I can!

Well, I'm down a pound now. T.O.M. was really trying to push the scale up last week but I stuck with it...and now I am so glad I did! Hope that I can have a productive week this week. |
