How to do bold/colours?

Elite Posts: 3,054 Group: Super Mod Member #2 Joined: May 20, 2007 Favorite Fruit? Pineapple Favorite Vegetable? Cabbage Favorite Exercise? Step aerobics, spin class, muscle sculpt, walking Healthy Lifestyle Goal? Currently, to continue to improve my eating habits, and lose the 10lbs i gained back recently!	I have tried a few times to put some words in bold or colours in my postings, but it never seems to work for me..the tags just go to the end of whatever i've written...could i get instructions about how to do this properly? Thanks!
