I need to set some concrete goals so there we have it. Incentive: we are going camping July 2-4 at a beach. I want to look "presentable" in the bathing suit I still need to buy!

I think I did better last year because I knew my sister's wedding was coming. :summer:

Now this is a fantastic goal! :summer: You have two solid months to lose ten pounds, very doable! The beach event is an awesome incentive!! Try to remember how happy and proud of yourself you were at your Sisters wedding... but always love yourself (and your body) at every stage it is in! I hope the best for you on this Nic!

So here is the plan:

Back to basics:

1. I printed out the chart I was using when I was really losing weight (no more on-line)
2. I will use crutch food if I need it (eg protein bars, Lean Cuisine etc)
3. Eat a balanced diet - this chart has check off for each category
4. Back off the diet soda!!!
5. Back to carrying my water bottle
6. Back to more formal exercise (TM, water aerobics, Pilates DVDS)
7. Keep up the informal exercise (walking, cycling, shopping)

(By the way my friend wore a pedometer yesterday - 9000 steps just for our Friday shopping wahoo! - we have about the same leg length/stride so whatever she got is close to mine)

It's all very simple...but it needs to be done!!!

Hey, knowing I would have to be in a bathing suit would be enough motivation to scare the fat off of me, lol.
