total about 2200 arrrgh will I ever get this right again???
and then more icing and cupcake batter licking not as bad as yesterday but still...

May 27 - about 2300 cal (missed lunch then overcompensated :( )

i think it is really hard when we miss a meal to stay on target for calories for the day...it is like we push our body too much and then we feel the need to eat more...

in any case 2300 isn't so bad, don't worry! :)

So I haven't had time to post much here - I'm still not doing well controlling portions/snacking this week. The good news: I have been doing better with water (at least 1L/day). I rediscovered Edamame - will post about that in the food section. I forgot how much I loved these until I saw them at Costco.

OK with Teach's kick in the butt I won't wait till Monday to confess my sins...

BF
corn bran cereal (1 c) with milk
1 c. of canned fruit
coffee with milk

Snack
1/2 fruit parfait from Loblaws (shared with my 6 yr old)

Lunch
chicken breast (was a little bad and ate the skin)
veggies and dip
apple slices

Snack
grated cheese
coffee w. milk

Supper
chicken breast w. skin
veggies and dip
rice (about 1 c.) with melted cheese

Dessert
pc of poppy seed strudel (less than 200 cal)

Snack
pudding cup
yoghurt

Then I told the kids they could beat me up if they saw me eating anything else... :easter:

Dessert
frozen raspberries with soy milk

Evening snack after water aerobics
cinnamon toast crunch cereal (I actually stopped myself after 1 serving :proud: )

I was very hungry after water aerobics :blush:
