toaster waffles coffee with milk kippered fish coffee with milk ww tortilla shell sand. meat mozzarella mushrooms decaf with milk frozen fruit tbsp pb soup pretzels small amount of trailmix and gulp cupcake and icing (and some batter - darn that dd's music night fundraiser - had me baking icecream cone cupcakes...nuff said...at least most are going to school tomorrow) calorie estimate??? maybe 2500 |

coffee with milk banana (grabbed this instead of skipping bf!!! which I was tempted to do) 2 nutrition bars 1 tbsp cereal (leftover in the bag) ww tortilla 2 eggs mozzarella mushrooms green onions salsa green tea pretzels whole grain tortilla chips 2 small burgers on 1 onion/cheese bun carrots/mushrooms with honey mustard total about 2200 arrrgh will I ever get this right again??? and then more icing and cupcake batter licking not as bad as yesterday but still... what the heck is wrong with me... |

i think it is really hard when we miss a meal to stay on target for calories for the day...it is like we push our body too much and then we feel the need to eat more... in any case 2300 isn't so bad, don't worry!

So I haven't had time to post much here - I'm still not doing well controlling portions/snacking this week. The good news: I have been doing better with water (at least 1L/day). I rediscovered Edamame - will post about that in the food section. I forgot how much I loved these until I saw them at Costco.

OK with Teach's kick in the butt I won't wait till Monday to confess my sins... BF corn bran cereal (1 c) with milk 1 c. of canned fruit coffee with milk Snack 1/2 fruit parfait from Loblaws (shared with my 6 yr old) Lunch chicken breast (was a little bad and ate the skin) veggies and dip apple slices Snack grated cheese coffee w. milk Supper chicken breast w. skin veggies and dip rice (about 1 c.) with melted cheese Dessert pc of poppy seed strudel (less than 200 cal) Snack pudding cup yoghurt Then I told the kids they could beat me up if they saw me eating anything else...

BF bran cereal yoghurt banana coffee with milk Snack pudding cup 1/2 lg mango Lunch 2 slices of rye bread (70 cal each) 1/3 of chicken breast (NO skin) melted cheese on top cucumbers with low cal dressing Snacks yoghurt' 2 tbsp of pb white tea Supper grated cheese soup 3 slices of the above rye bread with some margarine Dessert frozen raspberries with soy milk Evening snack after water aerobics cinnamon toast crunch cereal (I actually stopped myself after 1 serving )
