Fresh Breakfast Shake for under 300 Calories

1/2 a cup (or less) of Blue Bunny Fat Free Frozen Homemade Vanilla Yogurt* (90 cals or less)
1 container (4 oz) of Dannon ACTIVIA Strawberry Lowfat Yogurt* (110 Cals)
1/3 of a large Banana (or 1/2 of a small one) (? Cals)
Splash of 2% Milk* to make the desired consistency (about 30 Cals or less)
