I have alot to work on but I decided to pick two things to work on at a time! I think the most important thing for me right now is eating breakfast and drinking water. I dont get hungry before 10 or 11 and I can go all day without drinking anything.

1. Eat breakfast.

So far I have had breakfast for the last 5 days.

2. Drink at least 1 liter of water.

2 liters is ideal but compared to the no water that I am currently drinking its an improvement! :D

Prin, I think you're taking a great approach to ease back in slowly. I did that coming back and it really helped - the old good habits pile on once you put a few in place, and not trying to do everything at once really helps make it manageable -- great job!
PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION.

* I went to Wal-Mart and got a 2 Liter pitcher and I keep cold water in the frigde, this has helped so much, as I think water taste better cold, than over ice. ;) Plus it's really convenient.

Breakfast: Yes!

Water- 2.5 Liters :D

I love the taste of water, but I can really go all day without a drink, so getting in water or any liquid for that matter, has been a struggle, but since I have been working on this over the last three weeks or so it has gotten much easier. I find myself reaching for a drink constantly, as long as it's in the fridge. :happydance:

The same with eating breakfast, most mornings, I'm up and eating without even thinking! ;)

It feels good to see that my changes are becoming habits, it feels like I'm really "doing it" this time.

My next goal is to control my sugar intake. I know that I can't cut sweets out completely so I'm thinking of limiting them to 200 calories a day or less and I will try not to feel guilty for what ever that "sweet" is as long as its under 200 calories.

What do you think?

i think that is a great plan with the sweets! it would be hard to eliminate completely...but allowing yourself a small treat should help you suceed! you could even have one day a week where you can have any sweet you want (over 200 cal) to give something to look forward to
